Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules and conditions for using Bolt-Host website and hosting services.

Last updated: July 18, 2026

Introduction

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you access the Bolt-Host website, purchase hosting services, manage domains, or use any related services provided by Bolt-Host.

Acceptance of terms

By using Bolt-Host services, creating an account, placing an order, or accessing the website, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Services

Bolt-Host provides web hosting, Node.js hosting, domain-related services, SSL-related services, backups, and support. Specific features, limits, pricing, and renewal terms may vary by plan and are described on the relevant pricing or order pages.

Account responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, login credentials, websites, applications, files, databases, and any activity that occurs under your account.

Billing and payments

Hosting plans are billed according to the prices and billing periods shown at checkout. Prices may exclude VAT or other applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Services may be suspended or terminated if invoices are not paid on time.

Promotions and discount codes

Promotional codes, including FIRSTORDER, may apply only to eligible first orders and may be subject to availability, expiry, or additional conditions. Bolt-Host may modify or end promotional offers at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Bolt-Host services for illegal activity, spam, phishing, malware, abusive traffic, copyright infringement, fraud, attacks against other systems, or any activity that harms the security, stability, or reputation of Bolt-Host or third parties.

Resource usage

Hosting plans include defined limits such as storage, bandwidth, websites, databases, cron jobs, CPU, memory, and backup availability. Excessive or abusive usage may require an upgrade, limitation, suspension, or other action to protect service stability.

Backups

Bolt-Host may provide backup features depending on the selected plan. Backups are provided as a convenience and should not be considered the only copy of customer data. Customers are encouraged to keep independent backups of important data.

Domains and third-party services

Domain registration, renewal, transfer, SSL, payment processing, and other services may depend on third-party providers. Their own terms, policies, and availability may apply.

Suspension and termination

Bolt-Host may suspend or terminate services if a customer violates these Terms, fails to pay invoices, abuses resources, creates security risks, or uses services in a way that may harm Bolt-Host, other customers, or third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bolt-Host is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, traffic, or business opportunities.

Changes to these terms

Bolt-Host may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the services after changes are published means you accept the updated terms.
